What You Will Learn:

We will examine the application of Agile practices such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Development and Grooming, Task Sizing, Daily Scrum Stand-Ups, Backlog Iteration, etc., as used in Data Management projects.

 

About the Speaker:

Grant is Plaster Group's Agile Transformation Practice Director. He is a Business Intelligence professional specializing in Agile Coaching and Agile Frameworks - an experienced leader helping teams adapt to the Agile SCRUM software development methodology by coaching teams and individuals during the transition. He is known for excellent customer service and delivering results, with over ten years of experience in technical, functional and business analysis roles creating reporting solutions for clients that include Starbucks, Washington Mutual, and a large Seattle non-profit. Grant is an ICAgile certified Agile Coach (ICP-AC) with additional certifications as an Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP) from the PMI and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from the Scrum Alliance.
