Abstract:
A wise person once said, “The only thing we truly have to share with another human being is our experience of reality.” Many companies begin master data management (MDM) projects without the benefit of cycles of success. Some hire consultants who may or may not have cycles of MDM success themselves. Mr. Nyffeler has been involved in depth with ten MDM projects since the year 2000. Additionally, he has knowledge of what numerous other companies’ MDM efforts. In this presentation, Kurt will be sharing “his experience of reality” delivering MDM projects, discussing the patterns of success and failure he has observed.
