The Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)^®is a globally recognized Data Management Certification program by DAMA International. It has over 15,000 certified professionals and offers professional growth and recognition

ABOUT CERTIFICATE

Three levels (Associate, Practitioner, Master). Requires passing fundamentals exam, 2 specialty exams (practitioner & master only) and having field experience

Associate - recommend 6m to 5 yrs
Practitioner - recommend 2yrs to 10yrs
Master - requires minimum 10 yrs

ABOUT EXAMS

Exam is based on the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK^®) and field experience

100 question exam (90 min)
All levels must pass Data Management Fundamentals Exam
Passing score 60% for Associate, 70% for Practitioner, 80% for Master

DAMA-PS offers a study group series to prepare members for the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)^®exam. The series is led by instructors who are CDMP certified. Series covers each of the 14 chapters of DMBOK. Free for DAMA-PS members

Exam Prep hosted 100% online and includes one hour kickoff, 4 one hour review sessions, a four hour boot camp

April 27 - Kickoff

June 6 - Boot Camp
June 7 - Exams

No Formal Prereq but 6+ months exp advised
