•She has over 15 years of experience working with the non-profit organizations in leadership capacity. She is the founder of SeattleComedyBenefit and has held board of directors positions for DAMA Puget Sound (5 yrs), API Chaya (3yrs), Tasveer (5 yrs) and PIMCA (2 yrs).

•Certifications: CITA-F, CDMP, CBIP, CDP-DM, SAFe 4 Agilest

•Uzma got her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Washington, Foster School of Business and Master of Science in Bioinformatics from University of Oxford, New College.
