Speaker Bios:
Abhishek Chaudhuri
Abhishek Chaudhuri is a Principal Program Manager in Microsoft. He has over 18 years of experience in Supply Chain & Data Management working in various industries ranging from Automobile to Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics to Software industries. Over the years he has successfully led multiple implementations, rollouts and support initiatives in Europe, Asia and US in many areas ranging from Sales & Distribution, Data Management, Pricing, Procurement to Pay, Material Sourcing, Invoicing. At Microsoft he has been extensively involved in Data Management and Governance and has led critical implementations in this area both for the Devices business as well as the Azure Cloud business line. For his achievements in Supply Chain Data Management, he has received accolades both from Microsoft as well as outside (Titan 2024 Gold Award winner in the IT Future Leader category). He also has achieved multiple Supply Chain certifications including certification in SAP Order Fulfillment and Certified Supply Chain Manager by Six Sigma Global Institute.
Apart from his professional engagements, he is also involved in the academic field and has also published articles in IEEE and Supply Chain Management Review publications. He is an active member of IEEE and Forbes Technology Council.

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Sanket is a seasoned leader in Distribution and Data Management with a profound understanding of cross-industry dynamics. His specialization includes Actuarial, Data, Sales Performance Management (SPM), Territory and Quota Management, Compensation and Producer Management. Sanket has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs for major carriers in the US and globally, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to drive impactful change. As the leader of the Distribution & Data Management practice at EY, Sanket spearheads initiatives that enable insurance carriers to achieve their Data & SPM goals. His role involves leading a team of skilled Insurance Business and Technology experts, all dedicated to addressing both current and future challenges faced by the industry. His team at EY focuses beyond distribution management to encompass key areas such as Actuarial, AI & Data Management, Retirement Solutions, and Policy Administration. Sanket's background in Actuarial Science provides him with unique insights into the complexities of the insurance landscape, enabling him to deliver technology-driven transformations that align with business objectives. Sanket is committed to fostering long-lasting relationships within the industry and he is passionate about driving innovation and efficiency through strategic leadership and expert guidance.
Sanket is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in both the insurance industry and society at large. As a member of the Board of Directors at NAIFA Chicagoland, his contributions to enhancing the agent experience have been especially impactful. He is also an active member of several other industry organizations and frequently shares his insights on key insurance topics through speaking engagements.
