Virtual  and In-person Meeting

Social: 5:30 PM

Presentation: 6:00 PM

Abstract:

Drawing from compelling industry statistics, only 15% of aerospace manufacturers and 40% of PNW manufacturers have embraced Smart Digital Manufacturing. This sets the stage for introducing our practical framework, which is composed of three interconnected pillars:

    1.     Data Foundations: We'll explore the essential building blocks of data-driven manufacturing, focusing on practical approaches to establishing robust data governance and quality systems. I'll share specific examples of how manufacturers have achieved quick wins in their data management journey.

    2.     Value Creation Through Data: Let’s look at how to transform raw manufacturing data into actionable insights. We'll examine real-world examples of predictive analytics implementation and their impact on operational efficiency.

    3.     AI Integration in Manufacturing: A practical approach to integrating AI agents into manufacturing operations, focusing on high-impact, achievable implementations that deliver measurable results.

Featured Case Study Deep Dive (10 minutes): Let’s take a look at a comprehensive transformative case study. This detailed analysis will reveal how a manufacturer achieved:

      1.     30% reduction in downtime through predictive maintenance

      2.     40% decrease in defect rates using AI-powered quality control

      3.     25% reduction in energy consumption through smart optimization

Practical Takeaways (8 minutes): We’ll conclude with actionable insights that participants can immediately apply to their organizations with:

        1.     A Simplified Maturity Roadmap: A clear, stage-by-stage progression from traditional to smart manufacturing, with specific milestones and indicators for each stage.

        2.     Essential Skills Inventory: A practical guide to building the technical and soft skills needed for successful digital transformation.
