Abstract:

ERP transformations are, at their core, mass data events — migration, harmonization, and governance decisions that determine whether a program succeeds or stalls. This session explores how AI is now reshaping each phase of that journey, from AI-assisted data quality and master data matching during migration, to automated metadata documentation, accelerated testing, and post-go-live anomaly detection. Grounded in DAMA's core disciplines data quality, MDM, metadata management, and governance the talk shows where AI genuinely accelerates ERP delivery, and where human judgment and governance must still own the decision.  

Speaker Bio: 

Srihari Pendyala is a Principal Architect specializing in ERP Transformation, with 14+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has had the privilege of working with industry leaders including T-Mobile, Expedia, Amazon, and IBM, among others.
